For June, Ryan and I completed Jogging June. Each week we had to run at least ten miles a week. We then moved into More Jogging July. During More Jogging July, we had to run at least 15 miles a week. Ten miles a week was pretty easy for Ryan and I. But when it was increased to 15 miles a week and combined with the heat of July was not quite as fun or easy.
July was actually the first month I had not completely finished successfully. The last week I got pretty sick and only ran five of the 15 miles. These two months were so good for Ryan and I. It got us into the healthy habit of running several times a week. (Ryan's actually running a half marathon in one week!)
Only Agua August, another surprisingly easy month. Don't get me wrong though, I craved a lemonade everyday. It definitely taught us we spend way too much on non-water beverages. We buy a whole lot less juice and lemonade now.
No Snooze September felt a whole lot like Early Bird April. This was hard for me and easy for my early bird husband.
The rest of our Self Control 2011 are another No Snooze October (we couldn't think of anything else,) No Meat November, and Drive Right December.
